Join us for a not-so-common Bay Area appearance of Rova – just the quartet this time – presenting works from its ever-expanding repertoire of innovative compositions for improvisers. The Quartet is prepping for concerts in Vancouver, Canada and Lisbon, Portugal this summer as we continue our 29th season. Our newest CD, Totally Spinning, was just released on the Italian Black Saint label, and we’ll be playing pieces from the disk which will be available at the show.
Noe Valley Ministry is always a wonderfully intimate venue to hear Rova in – small and friendly, with a beautifully resonant sound.
